PrintPayGo is operated by UAB PrintPlius LT (Lithuania). The app lets users buy virtual money and use it as an e-wallet for printing, copying, and scanning services.

2) Scope

This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the PrintPayGo mobile app and related services.

3) Information We Collect

3.1 Personal Information (you provide)

• First name, last name
• Email address

3.2 Financial & Transaction Information

• Purchase history and wallet balance
• Payment details (processed securely in our systems and with payment providers)

3.3 Technical & Usage Information

• Device and app diagnostics (e.g., device type, OS, app version)
• Logs and usage events necessary to operate and secure the service

3.4 Print Job Files

• Documents you upload to create a print job (see Print Job Storage & Security)

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the service.

4) How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the e-wallet and printing services
• Process payments and manage wallet balances and purchase history
• Handle print job requests and deliver printing, copying, and scanning
• Monitor, secure, debug, and improve the app
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

5) Print Job Storage & Security

• Print job files are stored securely on our servers.
• Files are encrypted/encoded using a randomly generated encryption key unique to each user.
• Files are automatically deleted after the job completes (success or failure), or no later than 10 days from upload—whichever comes first.
• We do not access, view, or use print job files for purposes other than providing the service.

6) Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information only with:

• Payment providers for transaction processing
• Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics/monitoring, maintenance) acting on our instructions
• Public authorities where required by law

7) Data Retention

• Account and transaction data: retained while your account is active and as required by law.
• Print job files: encrypted and deleted as described in Section 5.
• Upon account deletion: personal data is erased or anonymized except where retention is legally required (e.g., financial records).

8) Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

• Contract performance: to provide the app and printing services.
• Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve the service.
• Legal obligation: to meet accounting/tax and compliance requirements.
• Consent: where required (we’ll ask before such processing).

9) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EU/EEA under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion (erasure) of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format)

10) Error & Log Collection (Sentry)

We use Sentry to monitor stability, detect crashes, and improve security.

• Sentry may collect technical data when errors occur (device type, OS, app version, error logs, timestamps).
• These logs are used solely for debugging and performance monitoring.
• We do not include your personal or financial details in error payloads.
• Sentry acts as our processor/service provider and processes data on our behalf.

11) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers outside your country (including outside the EU/EEA). Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.

12) Children’s Privacy

PrintPayGo is intended for users aged 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us at info@printpaygo.lt so we can delete it immediately.

13) Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption (e.g., for print job files), access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work continuously to enhance our safeguards.

14) Delete Account

You can delete your PrintPayGo account either from your profile or via email.

• In the browser version, go to your user profile and select the account deletion option.

• In the Apple app (from version 1.0.7), open your profile in the app and use the account deletion option.

• In the Android app (from version 1.0.8), open your profile in the app and use the account deletion option.

If you prefer email, account deletion is also available via email request:

• Send an email to info@printpaygo.lt with the subject line: Delete My Account.
• From the email address associated with your PrintPayGo account, include your full name and any relevant details to help us locate your account.

We will delete or anonymize your personal data, except for records we must retain by law (e.g., financial/transaction data).

15) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post updates in the app and/or on our website and revise the “Last updated” date above.
