If the Buyer is a consumer as defined in Lithuanian Civil Code Article 6.228¹, they have the right to withdraw from the service purchase agreement by informing the Seller by phone or email, as indicated on the website www.printpaygo.lt.

1. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the service agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract, provided that the provision of services has not yet begun.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller by phone or email, as indicated on the website www.printpaygo.lt.

2. Limitations of the Right to Withdraw

The Buyer loses the right to withdraw from the contract when:

  • the provision of services has already begun with the Buyer’s explicit consent (e.g., the work has been started, printing initiated, or materials prepared);

  • the services have been fully provided;

  • the nature of the services is such that they cannot be returned due to their specific characteristics (e.g., customized design or printing solutions, services provided according to the Buyer’s individual order).

3. Refunds

If the Buyer lawfully withdraws from the service contract and the provision of services has not started, the Seller shall refund the Buyer the full amount paid within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is received.

Important: Refunds are only issued if the deposited amount has not been used to start or perform the service.

4. Defective Services

If the provided services do not comply with the terms of the agreement (e.g., the result does not match the order, contains errors, or the agreed scope was not completed), the Buyer has the right to:

  • request corrections to the errors;

  • request an appropriate price reduction;

  • request a refund if the service cannot be corrected.

The Seller undertakes to refund the money for defective services within 3 business days after confirming a justified claim.
